Back to school time is quickly approaching.  Please schedule your appointments soon (and responsibly) as slots are becoming very limited.  August 24 - September 1, I will be offering 24 hour scheduling.  September 3-6, I will be available from 7am - 10pm. Hopefully,  this will meet everyone's scheduling needs for back to school.

Though we should take a moment out of every day to honor our soldiers and veterans, I would like to salute all of our soldiers, active duty, retired, and veterans for your service to our country. Having lived in the largest military installation for nearly 10 years, there are so many whom I've worked alongside personally. Hampton Roads' Worth the Wait 3 Youth Conference

Have you heard? 

Hampton Roads' Worth the Wait 3 Youth Conference (WTW3) is back - bigger and better than ever! 

Join us for the dynamic conference kick-off on Thursday, July 18th through Saturday, July 20th at I.C. Norcom High School, located at 1801 London Blvd., in Portsmouth. In addition, a special Promise Ceremony* will be held on Sunday, at 11:15 a.m. at Grove Church during its worship service. Youth - middle school to high school - are invited to attend this three-day conference that has been created just for them. Our special guest - national recording artist and host of Sunday Best, Kirk Franklin - will be on hand to 'keep it real' with youth, as he shares his poignant testimony with them and answers their questions - no holds barred! There will also be XTREEM GAMES - rock climbing, bull riding and gamer bus-along with a concert featuring crowd-favorite Canton Jones and Phoenix. And, best of all...the cost is only $35 per child (early bird registration until June 16th and $50 after, per child). This price includes EVERYTHING...meals, concert, fun and games! Why are we doing this? Because our youth are WORTH IT! The goal of the conference is to help youth understand their value or worth and to realize that God loves them - while helping them make better life choices. The media has bombarded our youth with images suggesting that sex has no consequence, as they depict an imaginary world where teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases are another family's problem. We want to teach our youth not to buy into the lie. They are worth the wait!

10/27/12 - Mobile Appointments in Hampton Roads

I will be in the Hampton Roads area on 10/27/12 and will be doing mobile appointments from 7am - 11pm. There are a few slots available so book fast. They will be filled on a first come first serve basis. I will be offering a $15 flat fee for mobile service in the Hampton Roads area for Saturday ONLY. I will still maintain the highest level of professionalism and offer the same quality service as I do in the salon.

I will let you know the cost and if the slot is available. A $15 deposit will be required at the time of scheduling to hold your slot; this will go towards your appointment cost. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. NO EXCEPTIONS. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE!

Styles For Grades Program Coming to #804

My Styles For Grades program is being re-designed for the Richmond City, Henrico County and Chesterfield County area schools.

Allow your child's report card to gain them savings toward beauty and style. PLEASE check availability and book online at http://stylesbysheba.genbook.com or call for availability. See terms for the program below.

The program is open to all Richmond City, Henrico County and Chesterfield County public and private school students grades K-12 who make Honor or Scholar Roll for the current quarter; must receive letter grades A-E/F. Home schooled students ARE NOT eligible for participation. Male/female students are eligible for discounts on hairstyles, braids, or haircuts, not exceeding the value of the service and up to $25.00. Each student is eligible for one discount per quarter. It is non-transferrable and cannot be combined with any other discounts (Weekly Specials, special holiday discounts or business/association discounts) and is not valid towards mobile or appointment fees. Each student MUST bring their report card for validity. A certificate printed by the school is not acceptable without the current report card.

For the quarterly discount, the discount must be used in one service. If the total value is not used with that service, the remaining value is void. The value does not roll over like the Presidential Program. There are specific expiration dates for each quarter.

Discounts are as follows:

$5 per A
$3 per B
$1 per C

At the end of the school year, any student who has maintained Honor/Scholar Roll for all 4 quarters is eligible to receive a $50 credit (Presidential Program). The "Presidential Program" credit will be given instead of the 4th quarter discount for eligible students. This credit will not have to be used in one appointment like the quarterly discount. It will present like a gift certificate. MUST bring in final report card. In order to be eligible for the Presidential Program, the initial redemption must be made between 6/17/13 - 8/24/13. If the initial service is not completed by the deadline, the student will lose the entire value of the certificate.

Expiration Dates are as follows:

Quarter 1 Period  November 6, 2012 - January 24, 2013
Quarter 2 Period  January 28, 2013 - March 28, 2013
Quarter 3 Period  April 8, 2013 - June 6, 2013
Quarter 4 Period  June 17, 2013 - August 24, 2013

Presidential Program Period June 17, 2013 - August 24, 2013 (must redeem initial credit within this time period / does not expire once activated)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROGRAM IS ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS AND SUBJECT TO SCHEDULING AVAILABILITY. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS' TIME AND COMMUNICATE ABOUT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. PLEASE GIVE SUFFICIENT NOTICE OF A CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING. A "NO CALL NO SHOW" IS AUTOMATIC ELIMINATION FROM THE PROGRAM INDEFINITELY.
