The NAACP Norfolk Branch Youth and Young Adult Division is accepting applications from adults of youth that strives to make an impact within their respective neighborhoods through community service. The winners will be honored at the Community Awards Breakfast on Saturday, October 22, 2011, Norview Community Center, 10am (Donation: Adults - $12 Youth (up to age 17) - $3. See flyer here.

Any person or organization that supports the CHARTE (Children Have A Right To Excel) Project by donating at least ($15 made payable to: NAACP Norfolk Youth and Young Adult), will be inducted into the NAACP Norfolk Y & YA Vizionary Circle. All donations will be used for one year NAACP youth memberships to deserving youth .
